Performance Yacht Services is located at the mouth of the Milwaukee harbor with easy
access to both Lake Michigan as well as the Milwaukee and Kinnikinic river systems.
There is ample FREE parking within easy walking/biking distance to both the Historic 3rd
Ward, Walker's Point and the 5th Ward.

Enjoy a leisurely pontoon boat ride down the river with a stop for lunch or dinner at one of
Milwaukee's fine riverfront restaurants. 30 ft Catalina sailboats are available for day,
overnight, weekend or weeklong sail charters on Lake Michigan.

Transient boaters visiting Milwaukee will find easy access to downtown Milwaukee, the
Calatrava Art Center, and Maier Festival Park, the home of Summerfest, Festa Italiana,
Irishfest, Germanfest, Fiesta Mexicana and many other special events and concerts.

All of these activities are an easy walk or cab ride from Performance Yacht Services.
